By requesting or purchasing delivery services from Shadow Expedition Logistics LLC, the customer agrees to the following terms.

Services
Shadow Expedition Logistics LLC provides local courier and delivery services in Jacksonville, Florida, and surrounding service areas. We currently accept documents and small-to-medium parcels that can be safely transported using our available vehicles.

Pricing
Pricing is based on factors including distance, urgency, wait time, package size, quantity, and special handling requirements. Customers will be informed of applicable charges before a delivery is accepted whenever reasonably possible.

Payment
Payment is due before pickup unless Shadow Expedition Logistics LLC has approved other payment arrangements or the customer has an established business account.

Pickup & Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery addresses, recipient information, contact information, package details, and any necessary delivery instructions.

Additional charges may apply when incorrect information, customer-requested changes, excessive wait times, additional stops, or other circumstances increase the time or distance required to complete a delivery.

Prohibited Items
Customers may not knowingly provide illegal, dangerous, hazardous, stolen, or otherwise prohibited items for transportation. Shadow Expedition Logistics LLC reserves the right to refuse any delivery that cannot be transported safely or legally.

Delivery Times
We make reasonable efforts to complete deliveries within the estimated timeframe. Delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise and may be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, incorrect information, recipient availability, emergencies, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Cancellations
Cancellation charges may apply when a delivery is canceled after a driver has been dispatched or has arrived at the pickup location.

Liability
Customers are responsible for properly packaging items for transportation and accurately disclosing the nature and value of shipments. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shadow Expedition Logistics LLC is not responsible for losses or delays resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Right to Refuse Service
Shadow Expedition Logistics LLC reserves the right to decline a delivery when we reasonably determine that the shipment, destination, requested service, or circumstances present legal, safety, operational, or other significant concerns.
